Perspective to Pen: An Anthology

Published in December 2020 in the middle of the Pandemic, this anthology included poems on various themes from 12 international poets, of which I contributed 15 poems. The project was led by well-known US poet Robert A. Cozzi. The proceeds from each copy was donated to Amnesty International. Perspective to Pen is available on Amazon

Poem Stellium: Black History Month submission

Published on the Poem Stellium website in December 2023, my poem ‘Fickle Black Box’ focuses on the compartmentalisation of Black History, and its celebration as a fashion statement, that does not go beyond the surface of our story before the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade. Alkebulan Art: Six Poems from The Philosophers Poet

In May 2024 I submitted 6 poems to Alkebulan Art that speak about slavery, colonialism, acceptability politics, identity, and xenophobia. Alkebulan Art is a website that celebrates black art and culture by promoting talented black creatives and thinkers. Offering a range of resources and support. The Poetry Cove Magazine – Volume 3, Issue 3

Published in Volume 3, Issue 3 of the Poetry Cove Magazine, my poem “The World is Ours” provides a brighter, wondrous, and hopeful outlook on the world and how we are small, yet intrinsic parts of reality. The Poetry Cove complimented my poem ” for its creativity, depth, and unique perspective”. The Poetry Cove was created in 2021, and aims inspire, entertain, and challenge its readers through its quarterly published literary magazine.
